Chris Bio pic.jpg

Chris Edwards

Chris initially comes off as mellow and shy, until you put him in a boat with you. First fish landed and he's dialed right in. The guy simply loves to be on the water, and in mother nature. He can find the fish of all species for you very well. Born and raised in this area, he spent 12 years in the NE section of Lac Seul working every job required of running a large outpost operation. He lived up there, and spent any free time fishing plus learning new areas and techniques. This guide holds endless secrets and can put you on many remote,  and treacherous sections of Lac Seul, especially for hidden musky. Chris has mastered all species here, and has no problem showing guests consistent, incredible fishing! He has been guiding for nearly 10 seasons with MHL. Lac Seul and Big Vermillion are his go to lakes, but he can produce well on many other lakes here too. A day on the water with Chris is quite enjoyable, he'll look after your crew well and cook them a gourmet shore lunch too. Be sure to ask him about his unique hunting and trapping experiences!"
